Job details:
• Supervising the coordination of schedules amongst five organization’s disciplines (urbanization, sociology, economics, law, and psychology) in order to ameliorate settlements based on community-oriented facilitation.
• Conferring with local governmental authorities for accelerating the amelioration program using plans, programs, and designs.
• Meeting with public officials regarding land use and development plans.
• Controlling and integrating urban/environmental reports.
• Planning for building renovation and restoration in deteriorated fabrics and updating databases in GIS regarding the progression of project
• Helping with interdisciplinary studies and planning for mitigating rural and margin settlements’ challenges by empowering communities through a governmental-basis project.
• Supervising the work of on-stream manufactories related to urban, civil, and mining occupations.
• Executing the process of sample collection from in-progress or finished products of civil, and mining sectors.
• Planning and preparing questions for environmental and quality control managers’ exams.
• Translating and editing “fire resistance tests for loadbearing elements”
• Analyzing data regarding physical and environmental factors affecting subdivisions, neighborhoods, and utilization of lands.
• Formulating and Programing for land use and the location of residential blocks to be built and consulting with installation team for locating buildings’ infrastructure.
• Supervising the execution of projects.
• Planning and designing plot of land regarding subdividsion criteria and accommodating housing progress with drawing plan
• Reviewing and gathering data related to the progress of an 82-unit residential and commercial building project according to the construction drawings and helping contractors practically once needed.
• Preparing managerial progress updates and reports.
