Responsible to Configure the Outlook Exchange Server 2013 to the user PC
Responsible to take remote and solve the end user problems related about application and software issues.
Responsible for Manage Allow Navigator Application for Assigning and Closing the Tickets orders.
Responsible to Manage Lenovo, Dell, Desktop All in One PC and Laptop
Responsible to Move User profile and Hostname to Origination units Active Directory Server.
