Lead the Cloud Migration program which included an extensive cloud rationalization stream to identify system to be rehosted, refactored, rearchitected, rebuilt or replaced.

Key Achievements:
• Implementation of the Digital Experience Monitoring tool by Cisco ThousandEyes across the region with over 7000 endpoint agents delivering deep visibility into employee’s digital experiences and mapping their journey.
• Transitioning from a legacy backup to tape system to a cloud tapeless solution for over 1PB of data. This solution allows us to achieve the required retention policy for data with 10+ years retention and guarantee the recovery of the data
• Kicked off and managed the Cloud Migration program, to date have moved over 70 workloads
• Chaired the Peoples Matter Board resulting in an increase of employee engagement
