Saudi international insulation manufacturing company (SIIMCO) is a joint venture equally owned by Alghanim industries (Kuwait) and SAINT ‐ GOBAIN (France), SIIMCO is manufacturing high quality stone wool insulation.
• Managing Organization and Operations Development projects and implementing board strategic initiatives through assessing current business performance and initiating new projects.
• management and coordination of daily activities to ensure high performance and production always.
• Other duties include ensuring company policies and procedures are followed as well as assisting in the onboarding process of new hires and providing training and educational materials to staff members.
• Prepare the CAPEX, Budget, Actions and Market review and Product Mix with Management team.
• Oversee all levels of staff activity and performance and Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance
• develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
• Leading WCM Program for different Area, cost deployment, 5S, Major Kaizen to achieve WCM Certificate for our two Plant in Saudi and Kuwait •
Saudi Investment group “ SIG” Egyptian Company since 1958, the group contain more
than thirteen company on the different fields like automation, cloth fabrication, logistic,
food, distribution, agriculture, real estate and construction.
Create Internal Procedure for the all the companies on the group, for the main Process.
Create the group policy for the comment department like HR, finance, planning ..etc.
Put the internal Audit plan for all the group sites “ 43 site “ as two time per year.
Make the reporting system for the top management about the main KPI’s progress
Manage the improvement project on the different company group.

• Glass Rock Insulation Company is a member of CITADEL CAPITAL, inaugurated in Egypt since 2008, specialized in manufacturing both glass wool and rock wool which are widely used in different insulation applications, The Company’s total annual production capacity amounts for 30, 000MT of rock wool and 20, 000MT of glass wool.
• Nominated to be the Manager of “Improve Logistics Department ” and “Stores and Ware House for Finished Goods Process”.
• Create Internal Procedure for the department, Manage the department activity, create Logistcis data base.
• Apply Supply Chain process during department.
• Manage 5S Project on the Ware House and Stores, Train the Logistic Team.
• Create Reporting System and needed report and data base for supplier, container capacity, Freight forwarder, transportation cost and other needed report.
• Create Department KPI’s, measured and it’s improvement Plan.
• Glass Rock Insulation Company end the project phase 2008, start the commissioning phase 2009 by Rock wool line, then at 2010 start Glass Wool line.
• Create the company internal for all the department “ HR, Procurement, Sales and Marketing, Health and Safety, Administration, Maintenance, Production and Quality.
• Create Mandatory Process needed for ISO Certificates.
• Make internal Training for ISO for the internal audit team “ 10 member “, explain ISO certificate, Audit Principle and techniques.
• Create Internal Audit check List, conduct internal audit, Management review.
• Glass Rock certified ISO 9001, 14001 and OSHAS 18001 Dec. 2012 without any consultant, system internally created reviewed and approved.
• Create Quality Control Plan for both line, put product specifications, reviewed and approved.
• Create Production process limit, Control chart and Quality characteristics.
• Create the LAB Process for all the LAB equipment “ Oven, Microscope, tensile and compression machine..etc “
• Start Six Sigma Project for the Class B percentage, improved from 9.8 % to 5.4% on three month, save 560, 000 LE annually.
• Lead the project of CE Mark certificate “ European Certificate”, prepare the sample, contact the certificate body, prepare check list and conduct the audit and Gap Analysis report.
• Lead the project of DCL certificate “ Dubai Lenience Certificate”, prepare the sample, contact the certificate body, prepare check list and conduct the audit and Gap Analysis report.

• conduct Internal Audit Program for 43 Branch allover Egypt.
• Franchise Project Leader, create Franchise Manual for the branches contain all the procedure, tools, tasks, cloth, technical data.
• Misr Glass Manufacturing Company S.A.E (MGM), established in 2004 under law 8 of 1997, Misr Glass Manufacturing Company S.A.E (MGM) is an Egyptian joint stock company specialized in the production of quality lightweight flint, green and amber glass containers to international standards for a variety of consumer and pharmaceutical products.
• Lead the quality assurance team for implementing the control chart point on the production line.
• Nominated to be Quality Assurance Senior engineer to monitor the production line, create Quality Assurance inspection plan.
