Responsible for the entire process of registering new companies

Additional assignment as the Manager of the Commercial Dep, responsible for all types of amendments related to FZE/FZCO companies such as Transfer of shares, Conversions, Mortgages and all type of amendments…etc.
Responsible for meeting clients on regular bases.
Responsible for customer relationship in the retail section.
Guide clients and contractors to ensure efficient fit-out and decoration.
Respond to the clients enquiries in a prompt and timely manner.
Beside retails, Clinics facilities have been added under my responsibility.
30 clients were the total clinical and retails which assigned to me.
Generated a unique idea which made (DHCC) enter in Guinness World Record.
Supervising the smooth running of the logistics department.
Responsible for materials approval, suppliers’ payments and coordination with Finance dep.
Responsible for correspondence with Stores, Accounts, Finance, Engineering and Shipping departments.
Supervise Repair & Return departments of company items.
