* Analyze, interpret, and fully understand the job opening/requirements
* Sourcing and contacting potential candidates through a range of channels such as Internal database, Portal, social media such as LinkedIn Referrals.
• Conducting screening and cold calling
• Briefing the candidates about the client, responsibilities and preparing them for interviews
• Undertaking a variety of administrative task such as maintaining the database of candidates and uploading all the information on the Optimhire CRM
• Assisting and negotiating job offers with the
candidates. Sealing the deal.
• Building long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
