Project Procurement;
Plan, Supervise and control the successful implementation of Procurement Procedures as per company policy.
Contracts & Procurement Management: Monitoring and controlling project launches for with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment.
Project Procurement: Preparation of RFQ in connection with scope of work, quantification of Consultants and Contractors. Inviting pre-qualified Consultants to bid for design and supervision services including procurement of specialized items clarifying during tender. Evaluating Consultants offers, based on Consultant’s understanding and approach towards the required scope of work. Making evaluation reports and conducting negotiations, preparation of work orders and Consultancy Agreements.
Preparation of Work Order: Evaluation report approvals, preparation of Letter of Acceptance/Letter of Award in view of the scope of work and final negotiations. Assisting service providers during mobilization to make sure the job has been started as per schedule.
Preparation of Contracts Documents: Preparation of Contract Document Condition of Contract & material understanding, supplier negotiation and preparation of quotation, negotiation with various authorities. Signature of contract etc
Project Management: Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress and providing technical inputs to construction methodology. Finalization of requirements and specifications and making Construction Payment Certificates.
Procurement Functioning with Contractors: Ensuring that materials are received in accordance with the quantity & quality. Coordinating with corporate office for material requisitions if any.
Liaising / Coordination: Consultants & Contractors Liaising with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, sub contractors & external agencies for determining technical specifications and obtaining statutory clearances.

Job role; Pre tender administration, like pre tender evaluations and planning screening of projects based on their scope of work built up area and provisional sum items.
Automation and streamlining the management on each contract through its entire lifecycle, including the stages of planning, negotiation, storage, maintenance, and analysis-Managing contracts, deliverables, deadlines and to the client and engineer’s satisfaction
Enquiring with local and international vendors for subcontract items, materials and preparation of ‘Request for Proposal’ and relevant documents,
Evaluation and comparison of quotation received from market comparing with the previous prices, and discussion over their scope of work and try to find some cost savings & negotiation.
Review of project specifications comparison with sub-contractors proposal & consultant’s recommendations & suggestions/comments.
Review of tender document and specifications to ensure compliance and verify discrepancies with the consultant.
Quantities take off from architectural and structural drawings and specifications.
Building rapport with vendors & developing contacts for local & overseas procurements, which contribute in cost effective & quality purchase.
Job role; Post tender administration preparation of supplier and subcontractor’s Request for Proposals & relevant documentation enquiry, valuation comparison of quotation & negotiation. Preparation of cost analysis, budgets for labor & material, involving supply, installation, monitoring variation of items from contractors’ proposal & instructions of consultants.
Review of contract document and specifications to ensure compliance and verify discrepancies with the consultant.
Variations & claim preparation of progress reports and monitoring cost analysis, measurements of site and analyzing architectural drawings. Preparation of payment certificates for sub-contractors works etc.
Building rapport with vendors & developing contacts for local & overseas procurements, which contributed in cost effective & quality purchases
Job role; quantity take of & study contract documents & specification enquiry with respective market suppliers and subcontractors, comparing quotes and evaluations, negotiation and finalizing.
Closely monitoring budget on the whole as projects as per BOQ and control over the budgets.
Source for new supplier & subcontractor local & int’l through Internet search and placement of order at best possible prices.
Providing cost & technical validation for changes in contract, preparation of bonds, guarantees & insurances as required in contract, settlement of final accounts & procurement of material.
Planning, supervision of site operations, man power & material/resource deployement management on site & monitoring daily progress, co ordination between department engineers & sub contractors & certifying sub contractors invoices
Preparation of subcontract payment certificates, labour cost and monthly cost reports.
Liaison with consultant client, and project execution team for quality and progress.
Preparation of interim and final bill for claims with clients.
