Maintain customer satisfaction and achievement of company requirements in call production, response time and parts management. Experience in Help Desk Support, Network Support, Windows Support skills. Provides phone and help-desk support for local and off-site users. Provides strong customer service to internal and external customers. Possess a calm demeanor in working with sometimes stressed end users.
