Responsibilities:
- Able to service, repair and maintain photocopiers, and MFDs/MFPs.  Maintenance and repair of printers manufactured by XEROX, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Canon.  Install new printers, configure printers, Assisting and educating employees on network.  Maintain and ensures the proper function of standalone printers, scanners or Network Printers.  able to provide on-site servicing and rectify the major printers site to complete successful.  Expert ability to navigate Microsoft Operating Systems.  Complete all administrative aspects of the job on time and error-free.  Working closely with the IT support desk to feedback on support calls and ongoing issues.  Maintain records and paperwork as directed by management.  Providing exceptional customer service at all time.  Resolve problems with the desktops, laptops, and printers at the component level.  Install and reinstall software packages and updates.  Able to recognize, research, isolate, resolve, and follow-up on problems.  Maintain customer satisfaction and achievement of company requirements in call production, response time and parts management.  Experience in Help Desk Support, Network Support, Windows Support skills.  Provides phone and help-desk support for local and off-site users.  Provides strong customer service to internal and external customers.  Possess a calm demeanor in working with sometimes stressed end users.
