1- Training for new employees in the company according training program explains the company's policy to them. And train them how to do their job descriptions to get a Product free from defects identical to international standards. And also to achievement the company aims.

4- Coordinating with other departments to attend training
programs and seminars.
5- Measure the impact of training on trainee after 3 months of
completion of the training program

7- Familiar with the quality policy and the company's
environmental policy and new policies in the workplace.
8- Know the requirements of quality and environmental
systems applicable company and new systems.
9- Preparation of internal audit programs to activate quality
system.
10- Knowledge and know-how company's industrial security
requirements.
11- Knowledge of the risks in the work environment.
12- Knowledge of environmental awareness (gas - noise -Lighting).
