• Participating in the establishment of strategies, policies and goals for the HR Department.
• Deriving and developing medium and short-plans and executive programs to manage and achieve the Departments’ goals.
• Assisting in performing all tasks necessary to achieve the Companies mission and help executing staff succession and growth plans.
• Monitoring the HR Department’s performance against pre-set performance goals to ensure that progress is being made in the desirable direction and preventive corrective actions are taken accordingly.
• Supervising the performance management system development and implementation in terms of the identification of performance criteria and measures that are aligned with companies objective; as well as the development of incentive programs for high potential employees (Distinguished Performers)
• Setting the estimated budget, and monitoring the HR Department expenditures and financial performance.
• Disseminating instructions, circulars and information in addition to issuing administrative, organizational and technical decisions necessary to fulfill endorses plans and executive programs.
• Administrating and directing comprehensive human resources programs; formulating and recommending policies, regulations and practices for implementing the adopted (endorsed) programs.
• Reviewing statistical reports regarding applicant, section, promotions, transfers, terminations and turnover and recommending remedial actions when needed.
• Administering the formulations of requirement, testing and selection policies and programs and ensuring the application of equal opportunity principle.
• Supervising the development and implementation of manpower planning and career path development.
• Supervising the preparation of manpower forecasts to project employment needs in the upcoming period into an efficient manpower plans.
• Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulation affecting human resources functions and ensuring policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance as well as consulting legal counsel ensure that policies comply with Saudi Labor laws.
• Directing, overseeing and participating in the design and development of the Human Resources Department systems, policies, and procedures that helps organizing the work flow and having references to adhere to.
• Preparing periodic reports with respect to the HR Dept.’s activities and achievement to be submitted to the CEO.
• Nominating a deputy to carry out the responsibilities of the position in case of his absence whenever the need arises.
• Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the CEO.
• Dealing and advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures. Developing & improving existing HR procedures and processes.
• Organizing and arranging interviews. Writing the terms of employment & contracts for new employees.
• Handles the overall office administration management and coordinates various office services and activities.
• Generates documents (letters, meeting minutes, reports, etc) as directed, in addition to handling and maintaining all confidential information
• Other duties as per management advice and performs other duties as required.

• Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
• Administer health insurance programs
• Implement training and development plans
• Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
• Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible
• Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
• Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
• Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
• Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
• Monitor budgets by department
• Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
