▪ Processing payments following due process cheque, online transfers and post dated rental cheques.
▪ Reconciliation of Bank, store wise credit card, Inter- company accounts, Gift Vouchers & Deposits.
▪ Preparing Journal Entries payment journals, salary, credit card, bank, and other month end closing entries.
▪ Maintenance of day-to-day cash flow statement and ensuring receiving & depositing of cash from stores.
▪ Handling day to day petty cash receipt & payments.
▪ EODs verification for tallying cash, credit card, gift vouchers and deposits and rectification for any MOP.
▪ AML Audit ensuing stores are implementing the aml policy as per the set guidelines in cash & credit card transactions within the prescribed limit.
▪ Verification of inventories in stores weekly and submitting the reports on variances and shortages.
▪ Maintaining day to day sales statement and other reports.
▪ Providing gold fixing qty & generating store wise gold fixing entries.
▪ Coordinating with HR in preparing payroll by sending deviations reports to Dubai from stores.
▪ Coordinating with workshop and stores for generating repair orders and execution of repair from stores.
▪ Updating Gold rate & foreign currencies.
▪ Conducting Sales and shop petty cash audit for the sales and coordinating with stores.
▪ Strictly adhering to monthly closing reports.
▪ Assisting in preparation of timely financial information to the management.

▪ Preparing journal entries.
▪ Intercompany reconciliation.
▪ Bank & Credit card reconciliation every 10 days.
▪ Maintenance of day-to-day cash flow statement and ensuring receiving & depositing of cash from stores.
▪ Verification of inventories in stores weekly and submitting the reports on variances and shortages.
▪ Maintaining day to day sales statement and other reports.
▪ Coordinating with HR in preparing payroll by sending deviations reports to Dubai from stores.
▪ Coordinating with workshop and stores for generating repair orders and execution of repair from stores.
▪ Updating Gold rate & foreign currencies twice a day.
▪ Conducting Sales and shop petty cash audit for the sales and coordinating with stores.
▪ Strictly adhering to monthly closing reports.
