During my time at LEIDOS, I developed design and construction work packages for electrical overhead and underground distribution systems (4kV-138kV), primarily addressing programmatic needs like overloaded transformers, inspection and maintenance, joint use, and inspection reports. This involved utilizing various software systems and ensuring compliance with construction/safety standards throughout the design process. In addition to my QA/QC engineering role, I also gained extensive field experience by performing on-site equipment analysis and surveying, including traveling to sites for inspections and communicating with both the customer and construction crew to ensure successful project execution. I also performed engineering calculations, such as structural analysis and voltage drop assessments, prepared permitting documents, and provided comprehensive engineering support throughout the entire construction process, from the initial design phase to post-construction reviews.

During my contract with ALHASAWI, I assisted and performed risk assessments on electrical components and systems to ensure compliance with safety standards. I presented product analysis by researching products and technical history to identify potential areas of product improvement. Additionally, I also performed periodic preventive maintenance on power delivery and installed electrical systems including solar panels, machinery controls, and lighting in the factory with a team of engineers. This hands-on experience provided valuable insights into the practical application of electrical systems within a commercial setting.

During my time at ATLAS COPCO, I gained extensive experience in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of power generation equipment, including battery energy storage systems and QAS generators. I conducted heavy load testing on generators to ensure performance and reliability, and developed troubleshooting skills to address equipment issues effectively. Furthermore, I led a research project to analyze Atlas Copco's product lineup (solar, generators, light towers, air compressors, and battery energy storage) against competitors, identifying key differentiators and advantages for field applications. I also demonstrated leadership by managing a team of 17 individuals in the production of a marketing film, showcasing my ability to coordinate and motivate others.
