At COMSATS University, I am working on the Automation and Operation (Digitalization) of University Management System and my Responsibilities Include the Implementation of University Business Processes, Procedures and Policies into Software System, Collaboration with Stakeholders, Requirement Gathering, Existing Business Processes Analysis, System Architecture Design (Database and Application), Software/Application Development, Documentation, Data Collection & Migration, Change Requirement Management, Conducting System GAP Analysis, Making Strategic and Tactical Decision, System Risks Analysis, Software Testing and Quality Assurance, End User Trainings, Ongoing System Support, Customization, Resolution of Technical Issues during the whole Software Development Life Cycle.
For Development we used Technologies i.e. ASP NET Core MVC, Razor Pages, ASP.NET Web Forms using C#, PHP, Microsoft Identity Framework, Web API, Entity Framework, SQL Stored Procedure & LINQ etc. For backend, we use Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Power BI for Reports and Dashboard.
At iENGINEERING Pvt. Ltd my Responsibilities were Requirement Gathering from Client, System Analysis and Design (Database and Application Designs) Software Development and Quality Assurance of Product. I was also Involved in Implementation of following CMMI Activities:
Implementation of Requirement Management (REQM) Phase i.e. Client Coordination, Existing Processes Analysis, Requirement Gathering and Analysis, Feedback on Client’s Requirement, Design of Software Application and Database, Management of SRS and Implementation of New Requirement, Management of Change Request Process
Implementation and Management of Project Planning (PP) Phase i.e. Develop and Manage Project Plan, Project WBS, Effort and Size Estimation, Risks Analysis and Planning, Develop Software Process Development Guide, Tracking and Monitor of Project Plan
Ensure the Quality of the Software Development Life Cycle Deliverables
Develop Software Design Diagrams Using UML Modeling
Implementation and Management of CMMI Level II Processes, Procedures and Activities
At ZTE Software R&D Center Islamabad I worked on “PTCL Billing & Customer Care” Solution, which is one of the Biggest Projects of Information Technologies in the Pakistan’s History. It enables PTCL to Control Frauds, Centralize Customer Care, Billing, and Receivable, on Demand Billing, Bill generation via Web, Call Centre, Product Management and User Interaction. This Project is Successfully Deployed in the Pakistan. My Responsibilities were Requirement Gathering and Analysis, Client Coordination, Existing Processes Analysis, Data Collection & Migration, Testing & Validation, GAP Analysis and System Implementation Process & Plan, Training Schedules, Customer Support and Implementation of CCS Module in Whole Country (North, Central and South Region).
