* Following with sales team (spare parts/service sales) for the monthly
target
* Achieving monthly target for the department; set by the management
* Following with the service engineers for the monthly job status report
* Monthly meeting with Installation & Commissioning department
* Dealing with suppliers/principles for the spares parts
* Meeting with clients & consultants for the new sales
* Cost control for the service department
* Hiring new engineers & technicians
* Monitoring the operation team
* Supplier/principle attending meetings
* Controlling the sales, service & operational team
* Warehouse, Logistics & stock report control
* Conducting sales & operation team meeting monthly wise
* Participating in the Govt. tenders for service
* Payment issues follow-up with sales
* Making yearly budget with management & coordinating with sales
team to achieve.
* Assign commission plans to the sales team
* Bringing new sales & new service contracts
* Controlling credit terms for each customer & invoicing
* Technical clarifications to the client regarding the generator & UPS
issues

Scope of Work:
* Technical support to sales team of my segment.
* Consultant meeting to incorporate with our products.
* Load & power calculations in projects.
* Complete project estimations, technical submittal preparation.
* Product presentation to customers.
* Coordination with sales team for new projects sites visits for
recommendations of our products incorporations, as per contract
documents.
* Follow up with sales team for my offered quotations.
* Maintaining complete data base of all inquiries, offers/ Proposals
(technical/commercial) submitted to clients through sales to convey
the business activities in my region to Operation Manager and
General Manager.
* Preparing estimation & quotation for rewinding of motors &
alternators.
* Preparing cost analysis for every new project.
* Solving technical queries & payment follow-up.

Promote company’s services and products being carried.
* Conduct regular visit to client and get leads & opportunities.
* Develop client and supplier relationship.
* Make price and technical proposal to clients.
* Pursue sales opportunities by implementing strategies set by
management.
* Price payment negotiations, supplier prequalification, follow up &
expedite to place the order.
* Conduct routine field visits to the areas assigned.
* Gather information on existing client’s plans and future projects,
competitor product line, market share and performance.
* Be proactive in assessing client’s requirements, create Product
awareness and market penetration plans.
* Sourcing new companies for representation.
* Price payment negotiations, supplier prequalification, follow up &
expedite to place the order.
* Preparation of sales proposals & quotations.
* Make weekly activity reports and the following week itinerary.

Roles & Responsibilities:
* To carry out breakdown diagnostics, repairs and corrective
maintenance.
* To carry out maintenance checks and remedial repairs as defined
by the TPM systems.
* Ensure engineering stores levels are maintained.
* To ensure that the product plan is achieved.
* Work closely with production to evaluate problems, implementing
remedial solutions.
* To assist in the delivery of projects complete and on time.
* To perform clerical and house keeping duties as needed.
* Ensure strict compliance with the company Health & Safety
procedures.
* To promote a safe working environment for all.
* Take action to prevent potential accidents and carry out risk
assessment.
* Follow instructions of Maintenance Manager.
* To control the supervisors & technicians
* Arrangement of alternatives when adequate manpower is not
available
