Responsibilities
•Supervised and administered the Contracts;
•Chaired design meetings to review and discussed the design parameters, specs technical aspects for the project
•Reviewed and approved (shop drawings, as built and coordination drawings)

•Conducted existing conditions surveys and prepared engineering floor plans, sections, elevations and details as appropriate to document relevant conditions
•Managed, reviewed specification, and developed data to in design documents
•Conceptualized designs and generated construction documents
•Reviewed, approved and commented on shop, as built and coordinated drawing
•Planned the project in logical steps, budget and time required to meet deadlines.
•Provided the plans for the project and reviewed the quality, risk, procurement and change management to deliver the project at the right time

•Inspected and reviewed projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other authority regulations.
•Prepared contract documents and negotiated revisions, changes and additions to contractually agree with clients about the changes and proposals
•Activated the provisional sums and decided on omissions and additions with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
•Obtained all permits and licenses and coordinated with authorities
•Directed and supervised the engineering works studied the technical proposals, corrective action and statement of works to determine construction methods.
