Handling all accounting relatef issues

Accounts Receivable : The Main rule is following up with clients for projects payment based on the completion status of each project.

Multinational Group Manufactures compressors,
construction and mining tools and equipment, power
tools, assembly systems.
Main duties:
Processing payments
Assist with preparing payroll
Reconciling TB Accounts
Reconciling Bank Accounts
Reconciling with suppliers
Correspondences with suppliers and banks
Processing and upload of periodic reports
Carry out monthly provisions as necessary
Assist with the preparation of Fin.statements
Dealing with auditors for audit requirements.
In charge of Treasury Custody
Carry out some other accounting & administ
rative tasks within Accounts Department

Headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, The global reach spans more than 180 markets, with their own sales operations in more than 90 countries. In the other countries, they market their products through distributors and service networks.
They have production facilities in more than 20 countries. Manufacturing is mainly concentrated in Belgium, Sweden, Germany, the United States, India and China.

Main responsibilities were:
o Maintain the suppliers and the customers accounts
o Recording journal entries and Posting to the ledger.
o Reconciliation of banks (6 Accounts) and suppliers
o Payroll preparation ( about 300 employees)
o Correspondences with suppliers, customers, banks and internal divisions.
o Prepares vouchering, payments, maintains checks and voucher registers and other journals or ledgers as required.
o Preparing the daily cash report.

Main Duties:
Booking supplier bills and make payments
o Auditing the company sales outlets (pharmacies) on daily basis.
o Recording daily sales, recording transactions and posting to ledger accordingly
o Maintaining some customer accounts such as, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies (communicating with customers for outstanding bills and collection issues)
o Preparing the daily cash report and deposits to the bank
