Current Roles & Responsibilities:

Planning & Coordination
•Assistance of Engineering and Planning department for timely generation of Scope material procurement and delivery plan focusing the project Key milestones and defined priorities.
•Clear work front identification for generating discipline wise fix week plan & ensure its implementation to maximize Cost performance index (CPI), with goal to catch project SPI.
•Project progress review meetings with client/Sub-contractor focusing on the Progress, defined stage wise KPI’s, delivery of Milestones, risks identification and their mitigation.
•Subcontractors monitoring at each stage to ensure proper resource mobilization and compliance of technical aspects of the contract.
•Assistance to Project control department in providing necessary backup required at construction end for generating EOT claims, related compensations and back charges.

Construction and Mechanical Completion
•Reviewing the SOW to clearly understand the job and explain it to the entire team related to that scope.
•Identifying the roadblocks related to documents approval, material availability, resources, third party certification to avoid any idling and any delays.
•Review and comment on project Sub-contractor’s Method Statement and risk assessment.
•Raising of technical queries to engineering department and preparation & issuance of site instruction for additional activities.
•Defining priorities to Civil & Structural team for continuous feed to Mechanical and E&I team for piping/equipment and cable tray/instrument installations.
•Experience of more than 05 Hot Tapping in consultation with Saudi Aramco Hot Tapping team.
•Erection & commissioning of plant 34 (Installation of Static and rotating equipment with piping).
•Installation of more than 70 lines (Process, Utility, Diesel, Steam, Flare) on pipe ways J51 and 473 Tie In for clean Fuel Project Pkg II
•Equipment installation (Tail gas filter, KOD, Feed gas coalescer, Booster Compressor) and Piping for Hydrogen Unit.
•Erection of 42” CWR, CWS &SR line from Tank Farm to Wastewater disposal Unit
•Installation of HP, LP & MP steam line and condensate Header from Cogen plant B/L to Isomerization and Catalytic Reforming Unit.
•Supervising RTR lines for DW, SWS and FW services in Tank Farm.
•Responsible for the installation of Crude oil Metering & Prover Skid and its re-instatement with existing facility and new piping.
•Ensuring engineering team for the timely readiness of the hydrotest packages to start field testing.
•Coordinating the readiness of other disciplines and offering the unit for PMCC walkthrough in consultation with client and operation.
•Generating exception list liaising with client for obtaining Provisional Acceptance Certificate PAC.
•Closing the excepting list items for final issuance of Mechanical completion Certificate MCC and claiming of retention money.

Testing & Pre- Commissioning
•Assistance in field piping system test packages including system limit on P&ID and piping Isometrics.
•Lead more than 620 test packages at RTR & 567 packages for Sadara off plot project. Ensuring the punch closure and package is ready for testing.
•Guiding the team responsible for line checking after hydro test to compete the post punch list prior to sign off the test packages re-instatement.
•Experienced of using Flange Tester foe testing of flanged Tie In.
•Review & comment contractors’ Pre-Commissioning submittals such as Method statement, Procedures and Test plan.
•Liaising with operation for steam supply to start the system/sub-system steam blowing and ensuring sub-contractor readiness in terms of temporary spools and silencers.
•lube oil flushing, Motor solo run and nozzle alignment to ensure the final box up of compressor & pump complies with operation and vendor requirements.

Project title: Enhance Oil Recovery Project
Location: Mangla Processing Terminal, Barmer, Rajasthan (India)

EORPP (Enhanced Oil Recovery Pilot Project) is a pilot project of studying the response and
behavior of the reservoir with respect to injection of various oil displacing agents.

Roles & Responsibilities

•Managing all AG & UG piping of Water Injection Unit (WIU) and Power Fluid Unit (PFU).
•Equipment and Piping Installation of Export oil tanks & its piping to loading bay. Erection of Fuel Gas Scrubber, 3-Phase separator, IWBH & KOD with its Piping to Flare Header.
•Involved in erection of 30 Mtr Flare and its Pilot gas piping.
•Coordination and assistance to Rigging team for scope clarification and readiness of lifting gears for equipment and Flare Erection.
•Monitoring Off site fabrication (Shop Fabrication) to ensure the smooth flow of piping spools at site based on the process priorities.
•Ensuring all the constructional activities shall be carried out with the latest Revision of drawings.
•Providing necessary support for the subcontractor related to engineering issues, preparing red lines etc.
•Coordinating with, electrical/instrumentation, structure and civil department for the smooth and timely
Execution of piping activities.
•Planning & coordinating with material department for the timely availability of free issued material to avoid the delay in Site activities.
•Discusses and resolves daily site problems with site supervisors and sub-contractor.
•Working with billing department for passing bill of various sub-contractors quantity verification.
•Daily coordination Meetings with Construction Managers, Superintendents and supervisors to discuss about weekly targets and achievements.
•Attending client meeting to discuss progress, constraints during construction process, test package review etc.
•Making sure the completion of assigned job as per the schedule in adhere with the company’s quality, health, safety and environmental policy
