1. Ensure that team members obtain the appropriate training and support to best apply their knowledge and skills on the job.
2. supervise, motivate, improve and develop the performance of the call center representatives to achieve multiple and various goals .
3. Provide timely feedback to the management team on customer trends, issues and needs.
4. Provide support to the team members to handle successfully difficult customers by providing guidance, empowerment, and alternatives and solutions.
5.Ensure the adherence of the team members to the customer operation department policies, procedures and standards.
