-Goal 1
Description and Related Actions:
Prepare cargo manifest for the rotation, repatriation and deployment of military/police contingent owned equipment to right destination and other documentation as required.
Supervising loading and offloading of cargo as per to (Task order) and other pertinent paperwork.
Generate and update status and reports of all cargo in FSS from start to completion using Mission Tracker Database on Cargo Booking Module.
Success Criteria:
Proper check-in the cargo verify the E-CMR and make sure that the quantity and weight is correct and in good condition.
Make sure that all cargo with correct labels when loading and unloading against the cargo manifest per CMR numbers.
At collection points check all cargo being collected against cargo manifest.
Goal 2
Description and Related Actions:
Update Cargo Back Log Register and Tracking Yard Master Register send to MOVCON-JMCC and MOVCON-Operation El Fasher.
Discharges all items from Liner Own Containers to Shipper Own Container and empty immediately return to EL Geneina.
Receiving COE and UNOE Equipment and coordinating with the transportation Company loading all Items to team side or sectors.
Success Criteria:
Coordinate deployments and rotations repatriations of military/police contingents and ensure that dangerous goods are transported in accordance with applicable Dangerous Goods Regulations (IATA, IMO/IMDG, and ADR).
Prepare and provide correct archiving office filling and assist in daily office duties required by the supervisor.
When the customers receiving their cargo make sure that all details correct and signed the delivery note.
Goal 3
Description and Related Actions:
Provide accurate statistics (i.e. cargo statistics reports of cargo moved by third party logistics contractors/UNAMID trucks/military units and rotation statistics of troop’s moved/rotated/deployed/repatriated).
Identify the most cost efficient and operationally effective plan for each transport requirement within geopolitical and operational risk management and mitigation parameters.
Accomplished in moved all items of Contingents Own Equipment’s (COE) plus UN Own Equipment’s (UNOE), from EL Geneina to various sector.
Success Criteria:
Ensure UN contractors operate within the terms of their contracts and UN regulations.
As MOVCON assistant am getting great supports technical program from my supervisors in carrying out all my responsibilities in execution of my tasks in UNAIMD MOVCON Sector west EL Geneina.
Provide high services and assistance to customers on MOVCON CMU according to UN standards.
Ensure safe and efficient movement support is provided to meet the operational requirements of the UNAMID.
Goal 4
Description and Related Actions:
Prepare draft/ final passenger load lists and disseminate to all.
Help passengers in their E-MOP submission and travel planning according to passenger’s movement office (routing, dates and luggage’s entitlement).
Assist in correct usage and implementation of passenger’s booking office (PBO) Electronic movement of passengers (E-MOP) forms and UNAMID Weekly flight schedule for.
Perform other duties as requested by the Chief MOVCON
Success Criteria:
Customer satisfaction and positive feedback received from customers.
Manifests are out and ready on time, MOPs are properly prioritized and acted upon, customer satisfaction is fully attained.
Maintain an updated database on truck availability and capacity status of all UNAMID.
Keeping the standards of MOVCON PMU on the UN standards for regular air movement is utilized as per DFS.

-Assist in checking with boarding, arrival & receiving incoming passengers, distributing passes and briefing with attention to MEDVAC/CASEVAC/CASES according to UNAMID while remaining aware of safety procedures in ramp.
-Assist with air filed and air terminal secure all passenger luggages and property saved and accounted at time of check in.
-Loading and offloading cargo & passengers’ luggage’s freight and all respective detachment.
-Prepared manifest and execution deployment, rotation and repatriations of military contingents and civilian police personnel as working at airport.
- Assist assigned to interact with other non-un in the airport assuring a continued proposssial operation and environment.
-Assist in translating to my colleagues & answer requires from passenger.
-Assist in disembarking of passengers (Escorting) while remaining aware of safety procedures in the ramp.
-Correct usage implementation of passengers’ movement unit.
-Identify and initiate where necessary resources and services to facilitate the execution of movement.
-Liaising with the aircrafts crew to ensure proper loading of passengers and cargo and handover of document.
- Liaising and coordinating with UN& Government departments on all aspects of support necessary to implement contingent movement.

-supervising (08) labours (their attendance sheet performance).
-assist in travelling procedures through the airport for all staff.
-assist my spervisor by translating his instructions to the labours
-assist in receiving the office cargo by co-ordinate with the supply section.
-assist in preparing manifest and update of ration including packs and bottled water .
-identify and initiate where necessary resources and services to facilitate the execution of movement.
-makes regular reports and summarize weekly and monthly discrepancy reports.
-assist in with inspections and monitor food standards in the warehouse.
