I have gained professional experience while working at an Internet service provider (ISP) on the designation of Coordinator Network Support Engineer for "Storm Fiber" ISP. I am experienced in troubleshooting customer network issues e.g internet connectivity issue, SMTP issue, Port Forwarding, Website opening issue. I've knowledge about Huawei and FiberHome ONT/routers. I've also gained knowledge about GPON based networks.
I've completed my bachelor's in computer science and after graduation i have gained professional experience while working at an Internet service provider (ISP) on the designation of Coordinator Network Support Engineer for "Storm Fiber" ISP During education I've worked on Natural language processing. And enhanced the accuracy of an Automatic Speech Recognition System (ASR). I'm also a WordPress site developer on fiverr and completed 2 projects. Also i got certification of "Network security expert level 1: certified Associate" from Fortinet.
