*Main responsibilities is to execute personal and companies financing. Vehicles, Good, Home financing and credit cards.
*Helping customers with after sales issues with Early settlement, partial settlment. etc.
*Field marketing for banking services.
*Define, direct, supervise, control & coordinate all activities within the company.
*Supervise accounting and reporting.
*Manage the general ledger accounting.
*Approve general payment list and accounting entries.
*Review all accounts reconciliation.
*Review cash forcasts.
*Analyze discrepancies between actual figures and budgeted ones.
*Carry out regular audits, checks and controls.
*Liaise with external auditors and banks.
*Prepare monthly profit and or loss report and year end balance sheet
*Focus on receivables and collections
1- Day to day financial transactions and monthly trial balance
2- Weekly bank and petty cash reconsliation
3- Payroll
4- Monthly Profit and or loss statement
5- Control Bedget and cash flow statement
6- Varried MIS reports to G. M. such like cost per litre etc.
Responsible for Payable and Receivable Ledgers
Plus Petty Cash.
- Prepairing statement of accounts for the suppliers
Cash sales and SOC.
Day to day expenses - Petty cash
General Training in auditing
Outside visits to clients
Reveiw of the audited financial statement
