Establishment of the warehouse of Royal Saudi Land Forces Aviation Command (RSLFAC), under the supervision of United States of Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). The project compromise of construction of warehouse, all external utilities and road works. Macro Vantage Levant (MVL) is prime contractor and Asrtaqa Contracting Co. (ATC) working as an Subk.
1)- As a QC Manager dealing with representative of USACE’s QA and QC MVL to get the smooth approvals of the work.
2)- Preparing, reviewing and submitting the material submittals as per the project specifications.
3)- Managing the approvals of MIRs as per approved submittals.
4)- Preparing and submitting the WIRs, DPRs, WPRs.
5)- Coordinating with procurement team to make sure that all delivered material should be matches the project specifications & as per approved submittal.
6)- Responsible for site construction team to maintain the quality of work and make sure the work done as per the USACE specifications and standards.
7)- Preparing and submitting the shop drawings as required.
8)- Carrying out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner, facilitate communications between office and field staff, tracking and directly reporting project updates to reporting manager.

Project Description
The Red Sea Project is a land and property megaproject currently in development in Saudi Arabia that is managed by The Red Sea Development Company (TRSDC) and forms part of the Saudi Vision 2030 program. The area of the project is 28000Sqm which includes beaches, islands, deserts, mountains, volcanic areas, hyper luxury hotels, marinas, leisure and lifestyle amenities and The Red Sea International Airport. The Tiejun’s scope is Red Sea Public Utility Assets and Infrastructure PPP Project which is divided into five zones which includes the installation of one temporary & three permanent RO plants, construction of two solar farms & substations, water front villas and hotels.
Responsibilities:-
1)-Monitoring the project progress and eliminating any discrepancies if observed and reporting the same to higher management.
2)-Monitoring the material supplies and efficient implementation of procurement plans.
3)-Acting as Site In-charge from the EPC, and dealing with QA/QC team, Consultants and Client to get the smooth approvals of the work.
4)-Liaising with subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and general workforce involved in the project.
5)-Coordination with the Technical Support team from design office to develop design specifications and ensure that sufficient information is provided to clarify the interpretation of the scope of work required.
6)-Preparing, reviewing and submitting the WIRs, MOS and ITPs.
7)-Providing required technical information regarding interpretation of specifications and other technical guidance as required.
8)-Supervising the construction activities of the project including onshore and offshore civil works, DAF Building, installation of Intake & outfall HDPE & GRP pipe lines, Installation of precast offshore intake towers.
9)-Carrying out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner, facilitate communications between office and field staff, tracking and directly reporting project status updates to reporting manager.
10)-Updating higher management with the status of the Project for efficient follow-up of the plan and to accomplish significant milestones.
11)-Updating projects Risk Register and ensure the mitigation measures at earliest.
12)-Ensuring a safe working environment at sites and implementation of safety plans in coordination with safety manager.
13)-Corresponding with all the stakeholders of the project, to resolve the issues on the project proactively.

1)-Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and general workforce involved in the project.
2)-Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives.
3)-Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy in calculations.
4)-Ensuring that all materials used, and work performed in accordance with the specifications and oversee the selection and requisition of materials.
5)-Preparing the sub-contractor Invoices and verifies their BOQs.
6)-Planning the work and efficiently organized the activities and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
7)-Ensuring regulatory compliance with quality control and safety matters at site.
8)-Managing, monitoring and interpretation of the contractual design documents supplied by the client or architect.
9)-Maintaining daily progress and then coordination with the Project Manager.
10)-Preparation of weekly progress reports of the construction work and making any changes thereafter to the plan if necessary.
11)-Coordination for the preparation of shop drawings and as-built drawings with draftsman and maintaining the drawing logs as per the instructions of consultant or client.

1)-Site inspection and verification of reinforcement in accordance with shop drawings, construction drawings, confirmation sheets, design change notice and field change requests.
2)-Carrying out inspection of grouting pipes and grooves, back-filling grouting at contraction joints and PVC water-stopper, & drainage pipes as per approved grouting and concrete outline drawings.
3)-Verification and checking of revised bar bending schedule and quantity witness reports with consideration of confirmation sheets and Field Change Requests (FCRs) if any.
4)-Supervision of Reeving and Post-Tensioning of tendons and maintaining log sheet for comparison of designed and actual stressing load and elongation.
5)-Installation and back-fill grouting of anchors rebar and its Post Tensioning for rock stability of TBM burial niches in head-race tunnel.
6)-Supervision and verification of reinforcement of 11KV substation building and operator’s building as per approved shop drawings and specifications.
