Responsible for undertaking inspections and ensuring implementation and compliance with approved HSE procedures and local regulations.
Conduct risk assessment, review and update OSHE section of method statements.
Promoting better safety awareness through monthly safety campaigns through proactive training, toolbox talks and poster campaigns.
Involving in internal traffic management and diversion plan and road safety.
Promote a high level of safety awareness on the Project/plant through new employee induction training, subcontractor orientation and constant contact with Project and operations supervision.
In charge of all kind of work permits and entries into confined space.
Administer the first aid, & prepare medical program and maintain facility and supplies, to ensure readiness at all time.
Inspect proper maintenance, calibration and operation of all safety equipment.
Participating in the investigation of site incidents.
Conducting mass toolbox meeting for company workers.
Participating in all types of safety meeting with, consultants and staffs.
Participating weekly safety inspections with project manager and consultant.
Preparing and organizing the safety reports like monthly safety report, monthly statistical reports, environmental reports, and report to PROJECT MANGER.
Monitor all sub-contractor’s compliance to legal, company and client HSE Standards and systems, and effectiveness of implemented safety initiatives.
Liaison with Consultant & Construction manager with respect of planning & executing the work as per safety plan & and local regulations.
Involving in the safety publicity campaigns, programs and order posters, visual aids, signs, etc.
Regular inspection with Consultant safety Officer and ARE of the site and reporting to Project Manager and Safety Manager.
Regular inspection of staff and labor accommodation.
Helping HSE Manager in reviewing the HSE section for new project tenders.
Performs other duties as assigned.

BS in Computer Engineering which is equal to Master
