Preparation of Management Accounts
• Responsible for the preparation of Income statements of each segment of Media division. Within each segment analyze performance of individual bureau/ press.
Management Reporting for Decision Making
• Responsible for the preparation of cost and benefit analysis of hourly slot of channels and cost of production report of presses.
Planning Budgeting & Forecasting
• Responsible for the preparation of annual budget of each segment of Media Division. Sub budgets of individual departments and capital expenditure budgets.
Project Appraisal
• Time to time prepared feasibility studies of proposals directed by Management. Active member of team who launched Lahore News in February 2017.
Revenue Management

• Responsible for the maintenance of adequate liquidity by managing the receivables and payables. Ensure timely collection of receivables from customers and payments to vendors. Accurate application of withholding tax on payments and timely deposit into the government treasury.

• Template of each school prepared and sent to regions for onward submission to schools for data collection. All verified regional files and head office data were collated to prepare the organization budgeted capex, repair and maintenance and income statement.
Preparation of Annual Tax return
• Responsible for the computation of annual tax liability and adjustment of advance tax paid.
