▪ Responsible for the implementation of environmental systems in accordance with Moroccan regulations and P&G requirements.
▪ Development of waste contracts and Control, improvement of waste discharges.
▪ Implementation of an ITM system with the planning and development of maintenance contracts according to NFPA Standards.
▪ Responsible for the project’s installation, Commissioning and Approval studies of fire protection.
▪ Management of the maintenance of the HTA Electrical Substations (Specifications, Planning of Interventions, De-energization, Work follow-up...)
▪ Planning of annual regulatory inspections, control of execution and action plan follow up.
▪ In charge of electrical, environment, and fire protection training.
▪ Emergency management
▪ Management of logistics flows: RM, FP, loading, and unloading of trucks, logistics teams (Forklift man, operator).
▪ Safety training and monitoring inspections of the department.
▪ Inventory management using SAP.
▪ Implementation of accident tracking systems.
▪ Conducting internal and external audits (according to P&G standards).
▪ Elaboration of the dashboard of HSE indicators.
▪ Deliver manufacturing orders respecting the outlined objectives (PR, MTBF and Stops) and Safety, Quality standards with Cost.
▪ Manage individual development for the team.
▪ Execution Monitoring of HSE and Quality inspections in the production team
▪ Establish and deliver the continuous improvement program. ▪ Implement the progressive maintenance program.
▪ Manage the maintenance budget.
▪ Deployment of IWS systems (Autonomous & Progressive Maintenance, ...) and the PDCA problem solving methodology within the department.
▪ Qualification and upgrading of machines.
▪ Implementation of safety and quality procedures
