Responsibilities:
• Lead DWH and BI projects, implementing best practices to ensure timely quality delivery.
• Design & implement BI solutions including back-end schema design, reports and dashboards.
• Mentor & manage the BI team to develop in depth knowledge of BI tools, technologies and concepts.
• Develop proofs of concepts & demonstrations for telco & financial sector clients.
• Provide technical thought leadership, with innovative ideas & implementations in the BI domain.
• Participate in presales planning, project pricing, proposal bid reviews and presentation of sales proposals.
• Work with the sales teams to generate new business: articulate, demonstrate, and scope solution offers.
• Understand customer BI requirements, develop the semantic layers, reports, and dashboards.
• Understand the client’s business goals, IT plans and architecture and translate into a DWH/BI architecture.
• Be a trusted advisor to the customer by establishing credibility and expertise in DWH, BI & CRM.
• Conduct customer trainings & hand holding workshops for implemented solutions
• Speaker in Seminars & customer conferences/meetings.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Successfully delivered more then 15 DWH & Business Intelligence projects
• Designed & directed the prepackaged BI solution called Teradata Analytical Suite.
• Established and mentored a business intelligence team consisting of more then 10 consultants.
• Awarded “Professional Services - Associate of the Year” - 2009 for outstanding performance
• Awarded the prestigious “Teradata Consulting Excellence Award” - 2008 for outstanding performance.
Responsibilities:
• Solution development in various Programming Languages including C/C++, PHP, Python & .NET
• Web application development & integration, including corporate website & mailing list software.
• Owner for db_link library & Slony-I which is a replication Engine for EnterpriseDB database.
• Work with the software design architect team and put forward solutions to programming problems.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Incorporated EnterpriseDB specific changes to the Slony-I replication engine
• Customized dblink_ora code base to work with the EnterpriseDB server.
RESPONSIBILITIES
•Develop windows & web based applications using C# & .NET, DHTML & Javascript.
•Perform R&D on new & upcoming web technologies.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
•Developed the front end for MyMarketingMachine which was a hosted marketing solution.
•Worked on the integration of Microsoft CRM with MyMarketingMachine using the CRM SDK.
