Applies and follows up the process operation objectives, • Monitors and analyses process parameters on daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis, establishes trends and modifies them as required
• Defines and applies the process operation general instructions, modifies the instructions taking into account various process parameters
• Ensures the whole plant continuous operation by providing equipments and consumables availability, under safe conditions and quality requirements, in co-ordination with maintenance team
• Ensures the plant results are compliant with the contract requirements
• Ensures good the house keeping of process units and equipments
• Monitors and ensures that the maintenances activities under the responsibility of the Operation Department are performed
• Is responsible for the laboratory and external analysis
• Follows up, analysis and anticipates the plant results with the help of the Laboratory Supervisor
• Analyses failures and contingencies in the process operations and proposes solutions to the Plant Manager
• Optimizes the plant operation
• Coordinates and follows up the maintenance, sub-contractors and external companies interventions
• Works with the Maintenance Manager to coordinate maintenance activities.
• Manages, coordinates and coaches the Operations and process Department staff
• Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports according to the internal needs and contractual requirements
• Prepare operation budget and analyze results
