Role is to ensure delivery and implementation of solutions to provide the BPO with appropriate and timely
access, and with sufficient operational quality, to all required tools, applications and services to perform
their contracted business services role for CWT globally.
The Role is to ensure that the target infrastructure delivered is fit for purpose for the needs of the entire
programme and for all countries. The scope will include the complete project life-cycle, from the
gathering of all business requirements globally, through design, delivery, and the definition of the criteria
for sign off by Operations.
Responsibilities
• Complete the migration of all tools, applications and services used by EMEA, NORAM, LATAM and
APAC countries in order to make these items are accessible, with acceptable quality, by BPO
teams, CWT retained team, and other relevant CWT teams.
• Implement all necessary safeguards to ensure that all financial systems migrated to the central
datacentre globally and accessible by third parties are secured to the standards promoted by CWT
Information Security teams.
• Implemented data security measurement to make systems and data PCI compliant.
• Implement and expended the architectural solution and design for all countries
• Implemented solution for RPA and QPA for countries.
• Lead the solution design effort required to scope, define and implement the appropriate central
IT solution(s) appropriate for each Region, concentrating on standardisation of approach and
gaining efficiencies through scale in the design philosophy.
• Ensure that inward/outward dependencies with other work streams and other key programme
are understood and managed effectively.
• Ensure effective management of risks/issues with focus on ensuring early identification and
resolution.
• Escalate appropriately any issues requiring management action to prevent critical path slippage.
