• Manage and oversee all aspects of ELV project execution, ensuring successful delivery within specified timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and direction for complex project control issues specific to ELV systems.
• Estimate project costs, optimize resource allocation, and ensure cost-effective planning and execution of ELV systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications for ELV systems, including safety and quality requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address compliance issues in equipment, structures, and ongoing ELV projects.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to track document status, provide support, and report on project progress.
• Supervise installation, testing, and maintenance of ELV systems, including security, access control, CCTV, fire alarm, and audiovisual systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ELV systems with other building services.
• Prepare comprehensive progress reports, demonstrate critical thinking, and exhibit leadership skills to overcome project challenges and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Managed safety training records and delivered safety briefings and orientations to employees.
• Inspected equipment, structures, and ongoing projects to ensure compliance with health and safety Standards and specifications.
• Provided recommendations and took corrective actions to improve safety conditions. Performed daily
• Inspections of tower/mobile cranes and maintained records.

• Installation Testing & Commissioning of All kind of business ONT .Types of ONT’s: Zhone 5114, Zhone 5120, Zhone 7310, Huawei 928-DC, Huawei 928-AC, Huawei MA 5628
• Installation and Configure Security System at Al Hili Police Station, Abu Dubai.
• Installation of 400KV Underground Transmission Lines (Abu Dhabi, Dubai).
As a Project Control Engineer, my responsibilities are:
• Monitoring and controlling all aspects of project execution.
• Overseeing project scope, schedule, cost, and quality control.
• Providing technical guidance and direction in addressing complex project control issues.
• Planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling tasks to achieve project goals based on client needs and within the specified time frame.
• Ensuring the review, initiation, and execution of projects.
• Measuring project costs and estimating necessary resources.
• Overseeing maintenance of completed projects.
• Maintaining control of project expenditures and optimizing the use of company resources during project planning and execution.
• Controlling all execution work related to fiber optic cable projects.
• Managing, supervising, and participating in the installation and repair of a wide range of Telecom equipment/FTTH networks. Providing on-the-job training as needed.
• Addressing GPON/FTTH outside plant and indoor deployment issues.
• Supervising subcontractor work and field teams.
• Monitoring and controlling work practices and productivity of site workforce and closely working with subcontractors.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensuring the proper closing of projects, including concerned documentation and material reconciliation.
• Conduct testing and inspection of electrical equipment, such as transformers, switch gear, and protective devices, to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests for service, and provide technical support as needed.
