Duties,

• Providing daily sales reports to the Head Office
• Making a daily, weekly, and monthly report of all airport departments
• Giving training to all new staff
• Knowledge of MACS/MARS SYS and AMADEUS SYS
• Opening, Editing, Holding, Closing Flights Daily Base
• Observing of FHR files, flight status reports, and claim reports
• WTR system checking of AHL files (OHD)
• Entering OHD claims on a daily basis
• Help select, motivate, organize, encourage, train, and control work.
• Monitor and control staff overtime and attendance.
• Comply with work schedules to accommodate expected operations.
• Prepare staff rosters for ground manager approval.
• Cooperate with crew and engineering to cover technical requirements.
• Airport check-in agent at King Abdul-Aziz International Airport
• Airport duty manager in Mazare-I-Sharif International Airport
• Responsible for political and diplomatic passport passengers at VIP airport
• Arranging a seat for a VIP passenger
• Upgrading of ministries from economy class to business with chairman approval
