Provide temporary utility solutions to Commercial and Industrial customers.
• Develop current and potential customer relationships in order to obtain or surpass the yearly
revenue budgets in line with company procedures and targets.
• Create and execute an annual territory sales plan, account management, presentation
development and delivery, closing deals, working with operations teams to ensure customer
needs and collections are met.
• Compiles lists of prospective customers from various sources for use as sales leads.
• Establishes a customer base in which to promote and solicit new and on-going business.
• Calls on regular and prospective customers by phone or by traveling throughout assigned
territory to solicit orders and close sales.
• Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes salable
features.
• Quote prices, contract terms, estimated delivery date, and credit terms.
• Prepare sales contracts in conjunction with the rental coordinator for orders obtained.
• Prepares various reports and presentations as required for sales, client meetings, expenses,
etc..
• Maintain accurate reports and database records of customer contacts/activities and
transactions.
• Provides technical sales assistance for power and temperature applications using job related
manuals.
• Work with National Accounts Manager, Business Development Managers and the local selling
team to increase wallet share of existing and new accounts.
• Formulate sales revenue forecasting / projections
• Records daily and weekly activities in the CRM system.
• Communicate information concerning collections, estimated revenues of contracts, new
contracts, pending contracts, and overall activity with accounts

instruction, tools, and methods to perform their jobs.
• Lead and motivate staff in handling change, building
trust, and partnership. Encourage and build a team
environment.
• Evaluate all Customer Service Staff on communication
skills and technical knowledge.
• Ensure that all Customer Service Technician have up-to- date technical Information.
• Ensure Customer Service follow-up methods and procedures are complete and meet time standards.
• Develop and train senior staff to provide a high level of support.
• Create method to provide feedback and Quality
Assurance on identified errors.
• Assist with Client Services as needed.
• Capture and report on all Customer Service
measurements, production, and turnaround time
metrics.
