Relocation Services Lead

Helping the HR and Logistics Department to establish their internal Relocation Division (previously outsourced)
Plan and coordinate logistics for the KAUST Winter Enrichment Program (one of the major annual events)
Work closely with internal client departments managing entire mobilization of their employees & visitors as well as their dependents.
To ensure that information requested by the assignee is provided on a timely basis.
Counsel and coach relocates on university relocation benefits, entitlements and administration of relocation policy.
Complete all on-boarding processes including background investigation, medical and visa processing
Provide HR employment and on-boarding information and procedures to candidates.
Send new employee Confirmed Arrival Report to all hiring departments and stakeholders.
Enroll new employees in Pension/Savings and medical benefits.
Organize system and security access for all new relocates
Ensure all records are maintained for all relocations in line with the Kaust Policy
Liaise closely with graduate affairs, academic visit coordination team, security, housing / accommodation and personnel to ensure all people receive the highest level of service

Working closely with the operations team to ensure accurate purchase order information is provided.
