Haleeb Foods Limited is one of the largest dairy processing company in Pakistan established since 1984 having its international markets in South Korea, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, UAE and China in addition to a significant market share in Pakistan. Appointed to look after the overall operations of accounts payables and treasure division of the company with following responsibilities:
i. Development, implementation and maintenance of the accounting policies and procedures related to Payables and Treasury.
ii. Looking after the financial resources of the company and maintained a close liaison with the banks to ensure timely realization of deposits from the distributors to maintain the cash flow requirements for the company.
iii. Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial reports while ensuring authenticity and timely Submission to departmental head.
iv. Support to internal audit and facilitation for the external auditors in job related areas like payables and treasury.
v. Supervision of the payable team, preparation of aging analysis and supplier performance reports and timely payments thereto.
vi. Regular monitoring of payable budgetary actions while controlling excessive payments and periodic rate contracts with suppliers.
vii. Preparation of periodical financial analysis and variance reporting to departmental heads for the compliance of budgetary controls.
viii. Supervision of VAT and Withholding taxation related issues with taxation team and ensure timely reporting to external authorities.
ix. Maintenance and reconciliation of the collection accounts in order to ensure the funds realization and reporting to collection team.

Chartered Accountants is a management consulting, technology services and outsourcing practice established and operating in Pakistan form last many decades with its major clients in Banking, Textile, Shoe and Construction industries. Worked as Senior Executive Audit with following responsibilities:
i. Supervised and Conduct Statutory Financial Audits and special Internal audit projects for several industrial like Foam Industry, Tannery, Construction, Hospital, and Textile Sector etc.
ii. Lead in Audit Planning, Preparation of Audit Programs, Stock Taking, and Audit of books of Accounts of several organizations of different fields.
iii. Lead the team for preparation of financial reports including Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Depreciation Schedule, Changes in Equity, Bank Reconciliation Statement and Financial Analysis thereon.
iv. Evaluation of the internal control policies and procedures and reporting for material mis-appropriations during special internal audit projects.
v. Preparation of capital project evaluations and feasibility studies for clients and report to client’s top management.
vi. Preparation and filing of Value Added Tax and income tax returns. Presents and pleads the Assessment Cases before the Income Tax Authorities from initiation level to the finalization. Provide full assistance and consultancy to various Companies and numerous Individuals.

Reliance Enterprises Pakistan, Group Company of SM Jafar & Co. is the sole distributor of the world rewound home appliances and electric equipment brand “BLACK & DECKER” in whole over Pakistan. Joined as Accountant in the retail division with the following responsibilities:
i. Book keeping and maintenance of records for the sales and dealer’s network.
ii. Review of all invoices, and reconcile the receipts and collections.
iii. Prepare an analysis of the accounts receivables, monitor dealer’s accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies.
iv. Manage the monthly payroll, employee advances and commissions.
