Set up monthly work schedule.
- Review all microbiology activity reports and quality control.
- Meet with vendors to obtain the appropriate supplies for the department.
- Maintain meeting with the staff at least twice a month.
- Work up a bench whenever is necessary.

- Meet with the infectious disease doctors to review special patient’s cases.
- Order the necessary supplies for the department.
- Write new and update procedures for the department.
- Maintain all necessary paper work for CAP accreditation.

- Perform daily assign bench culture’s workup.
- Set up the necessary susceptibility test.
- Perform the necessary daily and weekly quality control.
- Assist the supervisor whenever possible.

-schedule techs in their assigned benches.
-write new procedures for new test.
-revised old procedures.
-prepare all necessary documentations for inspection purposes such as (CAP, STATE, and JHACO).
-prepare staff meeting every week within the department.
-cover bench area when needed.
-I worked all in all area of the lab, ( chemistry, hemotology, coagulation, urinalysis, blood bank, special hemotology and special chemistry
one full year of clinical rotation in the hospital. this is my internship. I graduated with overall score of 92%.
