-Working in Dabur Egypt Limited an Indian multinational company
Specialized in cosmetics as production chemist doing the following jobs:
• Production & Processes planning / scheduling for manufacturing
• Handle day-to-day production issues
• Liaise closely with all departments on fulfilling delivery requirement.
• Lead, train and guide the production team
• Comply with quality, health, safety, hygiene& environmental regulations
• Coordinating with quality (packaging materials developer) and purchasing departments to overcome production stoppage due to packaging materials problems
• Calculating the production wastage of raw and packing materials, and analyzing the reasons of wastage and put the action plan to reduce
• Making the DPR including the actual production compared by the target, and the analysis of breakdown time
• Managing personnel, machines & materials to achieve production plans.
• profit and staff development to achieve the required target for each outlet
• Selecting and maintaining equipments, supervising product standards and enforcing quality-control programs.
• Ensuring maintenance of cost effective and high-standard production.
• Estimating production costs and determining the high quality standards.
• Monitoring the production practices and setting the schedules as required.
• Taking and inspiring team of workers and reviewing the work performance of subordinates.
• Performing all SAP transactions related to production process:
*process order creation (bulk P.O) & (finish good P.O)
*making (MIGO) for the process order
* Process order confirmation
*goods issue (applying the finish good to the terminal inspection by quality)
* reviewing store stock of raw material, packing materials to avoid any shortage of material, that may prevent production from achieving monthly target.
• Tunisia New plant startup : starting up of the new plant of Dabur company in Tunisia by training of all the staff on the plant activities (production, quality, stores, ….etc.)
