¤ Maintenance yearly budgeting for Capex and Opex both.
¤ Servicing as a Plant Maintenance Engineer
¤ Hands on experience on hydraulic, Pneumatic and rolling equipment Troubleshoot.
¤ Correspondence with procurement, Vendors, OEM spare parts both local and imports.
¤ Lead in break down maintenance.
¤ Lead in Short Projects
¤ To ensure job is being perform according SOP's
¤ Condition Monitoring with SKF
¤ Equipment Maintenance Cost modeling
¤ Worked on Reheating furnace || Pusher type
¤ Utilities || Water management- Cooling towers - Compressor
¤ Gear Boxes, Blowers, Pumps, Heat ex-changers & Centralized lubrication system.
¤ Create reports, oral presentations.
