• Leading the team of Engineers & Technicians, providing technical support for O&M to ensure smooth operation of the 84 MW Hydro Power Plant .Pakistan’s first Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) Project where excellence in O & M of Electrical & Mechanical equipment’s is in progress.
• Operated & Maintained Pakistan First Hydel IPP 84-MW Run of the River Hydro Power Plant’s O&M in a cost efficient, reliable & safest way through SCADA/PLCs installed and commissioned by Andritz Hydro(Austria).
• Performed all Isolations of all critical equipment from Water to Wire to ensure safety compliance.
• Operated 132 KV Gas Insulated Switchyard (GIS) connected to Grid via I/2 Breakers Scheme.
• Implemented Permit to Work (PTW) system in Plant along with Key Safe System (LO/TO)
• Co-ordinated with National Power Control Center (NPCC) and arrange Shutdowns.
• Supervised & Monitored HVAC System of the Power House coupled with Building Management System (BMS)
• Complete command on CMMS (Maintenance Management System). Writing preparing trouble reports, requesting and issuing PTW through software based CMMS
• Responsible for all Power Plant Reporting i.e. Shift Charge Logs Sheet, Tripping Reports, Performance Evaluation Reports, Trouble Reports, Correspondence to NPCC & Presentations to delegations .
• Attended 90 Days O&M Training Program(In-House & At Site) arranged by Andritz Hydro (Austria) on Each Power Plant System
Petrosin deals in Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Petroleum Exploration and PITS (Petrosin Inspection and Testing Services) a 3rd party inspector by Dept. of Explosives, Ministry of Industries Govt. of Pakistan for carrying out Examination, Inspection, Testing and certification of LPG/ CNG Stations, LPG Plants, LPG Automotive Stations and al types of compresed/ Liquefied Containers/ vesels/ bowzers.
Marketing of PITS (Petrosin Inspection and Testing Services) for all kind of pressure vessels, bowzers etc.
Site Engineer for installation and comissioning of Service area under Petrosin Indus River project
Five months Internship in Star Hydro Power Limited (SHPL), A Company of Korea Water Resources Corporation. I was the part of technical & Commercial team and assisted the team on Concession Agreements,
Worked on CDM, TQM, EPC contracts and presented my work on power system parameters including generator and transformer reactances, losses, PF correction, Short-circuit faults etc. and Power system Equipment covering Generation,
Excitation & Auxiliary system, etc.
