 Implementing Next Generation Firewalls (NGFW) with required zones & security policies for IT-OT network segmentation, threat prevention, anti-malware/sandboxing, and restricted traffic flow to allow only OT/SCADA related communication protocols like Modbus, DNP3.0, OPC, IEC61850, IEC60870 etc.

 Planning & coordination with the KBR-AMCDE procurement team related to BI-00243 Project (North and South Ghawar)

 Reviewing & approving NMR 601/602/603 drawings based on requirement of Substation Automation Systems and Cyber Security

 Initial designing of PSA System Architecture Drawing based on the project scope as per IEC 61850 requirement

 Allocating and providing details of amount of Ethernet Switches to be required as per number of IEDs in the substation

 Allocating and provide details of PSA equipment to be required based on MODBUS TCP/IP or Serial protocol

 Developing, designing, reviewing & modifying the Functional Design Specification document & I/O List based on the different voltage level of Switchgear / Controlgear, etc.

 Managing the configuration of Zenon COPA-DATA systems as per requirements of the electrical utilities in the project

 Project Estimation / Proposal Engineer: - Preparing sales proposals, costing and selection of major components required for local &
international tenders mainly related to Power System Automation

 Project Management / Execution: Coordination throughout the entire project among various key players such as customer, vendors, engineering, procurement and production & testing teams for smooth execution of orders.

 Coordination throughout entire field services project by coordinating between client and testing crew at site.

 Scheduling the project and allocating / managing per customer requirements.

 Handling Operational Activities such as procurement and ordering of essential components for a factory order

 Promoting & conducting training at operational level based on Zenon Software

 Arranging project progress report, invoicing to the Client/customer and follow-up for payments. Training of junior Engineers for pre-commissioning and power system automation projects.
