My responsibilities are as below:
1. Rendering total customer service by attending to consignees, brokers etc through telephone and emails.
2. Responsible for thoroughly checking the Bill of Lading and handing over of delivery order to consignees and brokers.
3. To counter check payments made by the consignees and in case of any credit, to make a necessary follow up.
4. Periodic check of e-mails and answering them as required and notify the consignee about there corrections’ telex release.
5. Responsible for proper maintenance of records through systematic file management.
6. Coordinating with other departments for proper and smooth function of work.
