As an Assistant Civil Manager for Civil Dept. of the FM Company, main responsibilities include:
Establishing and managing the job awarding processes and the team (RFI’s, tendering, submittals, commercial and technical documents) including approving final costs and negotiating subcontract orders.
Managing deployment of Engineers and Supervisors on site based on requirements
To overlook site progress and handling of 150+ work force through supervisors.
Creating and managing project budget for all assigned projects on weekly basis. To look after the procurement process and handle all the cost approvals.
Performing project scheduling, ensuring project quality control and establishing overall project logistics, in adherence to authority guidelines, quality standards, budget frames, and resources.
Managing the project closeout process and look after the invoicing process.
Conducting Authority (DM, DCD, DEWA etc.) visits and setting up the site accordingly
Compliance with HSE requirements & conduct regular meeting between safety teams
To encourage communication between team members and arrange training sessions.

Complete knowledge and practical experience of the Shoring, drilling and anchoring works,
along with different ground engineering techniques and testing. Main responsibilities include:
Independent project handling including overall management, communication and
inspections, site supervision, resource and material management.
Coordination with Abu Dhabi Municipality for design endorsement and inspections.
Weekly cost analysis of project and verification of BOQs and Sub contractor’s bill etc.
Project: Piling works for the Utility Corridor Protection (Bridge) for Al-Etihad Rail, Habshan.
Project: Shoring and Piling works for NMC Specialty Hospital, Khalifa City-A, Abu Dhabi.
Project: Piling works for TRANSCO 132/11 KV Sub-Station, Abu Dhabi.
Project: Building Construction and Building Security Enhancement Works (Anti Blast Works)
for Deutsche Bank AG, Karachi and Islamabad, Pakistan Branch.
Responsible for execution of all the structural and civil works, including ID-fit out
works, ensuring that it complies with agreed specifications, budget and timescale.
Liaising with consultant, subcontractors, supervisors and other stakeholders
Successful completion of the project and handing over.
Project: Cold Rolling Complex (CRC) Machine Foundations for Aisha Steel Mills Ltd. (ASML),
Port Qasim, Karachi, Pakistan.
Supervised the finishing works including plaster, painting, tiling, false ceiling and
wood works including fire rated doors and windows.
