Developing & executing operational strategies through a robust business planning process. 7• Providing direction and leadership as General Manager.8• Responsible for revenue, P&L, staffing, development, sourcing, product recommendation and introduction, and cost improvement.9• Responsible for motivating and directing the project managers and Q.S team to achieve and exceed targets. 10•Establish and ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction. 11. Develop operations plan and direct overall activities to assist in achieving total construction objectives.12. Responsible for budgeting, production, planning, staffing, and inventory levels. 13-Direct (through subordinate managers) activities of departments to obtain optimum use of equipment, facilities, and personnel. 14-Reviews and analyzes expenditure, financial, and operations reports to determine r€equirements for increasing profits, for assigned facilities. May coordinate activity with appropriate construction operational personnel to insure total project(s) budgets are met.15-Approves requisitions for equipment, materials, and supplies within limits of production department budget. May negotiate contracts with equipment and materials suppliers.Projects :
1-Civil works for the project of water supply to Wadi Bani Khalid (Construction of water pumping stations, construction of RCC elevated tanks, Tanker filling stations, Suction reservoir, Break tank, Guard rooms).

At that time sarco has maintenance agreement with (PDO) petroleum development of Oman the agreement to cover all civil and electromechanical maintenance for all the buildings of PDO I was the project manager of the contract with 155 employees under my supervision, my achievements in this project I minimised the cost of manpower and increased the profitability of the project by 37% above expected and also reduced the working accidents
King Hussein medical center is a military hospital the biggest all over Jordan and it is managed and operated by the army, during the war of Iraq I shifted from Kuwait to Jordan and the army was looking for an expert in mechanical field to be responsible for the power plants during the war, my achievement with them is I solved the problem of the main chiller of the hospital which was brook down and due to the war there was no spare parts for the motor driving the chiller at that time so I created new design for the motor and manufactured it locally in our work shop the chiller is still working with my design till now .
SYSTEM LOCATED IN THE POWER PLANT OF THE HOSPITAL
Responsibilities:
At the time I joined the ministry of defense, all the buildings of the ministry were maintained by private companies so raised the idea to H.E under secretary to create a department look after all maintenance of the buildings and camps of the ministry and I got the approval accordingly I established the department consist of civil, electrical, mechanical and fire fighting I was the head of the department MANAGED THE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT IN THE MINISTRY
