Oversee day-to-day operations and communication to colleagues

Prepare daily and weekly shipped order service level reporting for internal management and 3PL & 4PL vendors and cost reduction
Pricing activities aimed at driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition
Maintain and develop relationships with agreed ship-owners
Assist colleagues with the sourcing of charter and Break Bulk prices
Check and approve any charter agreements and be responsible for approving insurance arrangements on said charter agreements

Negotiating the services of 3rd party carriers, couriers and haulage companies
Inspections and Submission of Exit/Entry documents to customs (Import / Export and Refund claim for transit and Re-Export)
Managing a team of drivers and vehicles
Responsible for all of the dispatching, routing, and tracking of delivery vehicles
Managing road restrictions / time restrictions
Responsible for all H&S investigations
Prepare reports in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook for emails
