-Running, testing & maintaining the electrical equipment those receive the electrical power coming from the utility to each facility inside the Campus.
-Performing monthly, quarterly & annually Preventive Maintenance to Electrical Substations, Switchboards, Automatic Transfer Switches, uninterrupted Power Supply, Bus ways & Panel boards.
-Performing Reactive Maintenance for those Equipment when electrical faults or damages occurred.
-Reading Single Line Diagram & other Wiring drawings to know the locations of Cables and Panel
Boards.
-Monitoring the continuity of normal electrical power and recording the Watt's per day in each facility by PMS (Power Monitoring System) to know the Power Consumption and to know the exact time in case of Power Fluctuation occurred.
Auditing on Technicians work during a Planned Preventive Maintenance taking place and insure that they are doing the work according to task list and in a good quality. On the other hand, Making inspection on electrical equipment to avoid any vibration, oil leaking, missing of load schedule, bared wires and
any safety concerns.
A single point of contact between the client and maintenance. Responsible for operation of many buildings in campus and coordinating with
maintenance for resolving any issues. on the other hand, issuing the work permit for any cold work or hot work activity.
