Responsibilities:
- Analyzing RFPs and compiling proposal documents.
- Delivering demonstrations of Oracle products (Mainly Oracle SOA Suite) .
- Gathering customer's requirements.
- Developing POCs when required.
- Designing the solution based on customer needs, product's capabilities and the best practices.
- Lead a team of Fusion Middleware developers who implement products onsite.
- Sometimes I prepare the development, UAT, and Production/DR environments by installing the needed products and make them ready for developers and implementers to start their job.
- Technical training of customer's team.
- Perform UAT and Go-Live activities, in addition to post Go-Live support.

As a Technical Consultant, I'm responsible for delivering consultation services to our customers regarding the product that they consider from various software providers,
And also get involved in development, implementation, requirement gathering, and UAT activities of CRs or projects that Huawei provides to our customers.
As a Technical Specialist, I am responsible for handling requests from our customers(GSM Providers), analyze the request, provide proposed solutions, design and develop the solution or customize our products to meet customer's needs, then implement the delivery on site, and finally conduct UAT session(s) to get user acceptance, I also administer the process of deploying our applications on the live servers.
I do handle requests for SOA/Workflow based enterprise applications, CRM system, Selfcare system that is built using Oracle Portal, Applications that are to be used by PDA and smart phone's users, systems/components integration, and also conducting official training sessions to my colleagues and also our customers
As a J2EE Developer in the eSolutions Department, I'm responsible for designing and developing some modules starting from the middle-tier layer, up to the presentation layer where the JSP and JSF were used. in addition to Object Relational mapping using Toplink.
I was included in an orientation session that focused on web applications structure, in addition to DB connectivity performance, Using ASP.Net and MS SQL server.
