• Improving monitoring method by creating live dashboards using BI software.

The training program had two phases:
The first phase was to work in the production line to understand the process to make the mold which involves communicating with the workers to understand the flow of the operation.
The work assigned in this phase is cutting, welding and cleaning the mold parts.
The second phase was to design molds supporters, adjusting an exciting design according to the engineer's instructions and building the parts of the mold.
The overall experience in the company developed good soft skills and hard skills.
These skills helped in communicating with employees from different positions.
Studying at University Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) improved my research skills through carrying out some research projects about sustainability, six sigma, total quality management and quality design in which it helped me through my master's research which was about the industrial robotics in the lean enterprise: a case study, which talks about lean and six sigma approaches integrating industrial robotics to improve quality and reduce defects in the production line.
Studying at multimedia university (MMU) improved my communication skills, teamwork, and team leading skills due to projects have been done such as line following robot, smart street lights system in which it helped me completing my final year project which was about auto balance robot.
