. Responsible for implementation of Oracle HCM system in Group's affiliated companies that include work with the implementer to ensure system customization as per the group's structure, processes, and rules. Conduct workshop meetings with Group's HR representatives to ensure correct transactions are entered in the system. Organizational and Employee-related data are collected and uploaded. Explain to supervisors and subordinates the process of submitting/approving HR related requests throw the system. Update user guides and generate reports. Compare payroll results to ensure smooth transferring from old to new system. Work with IT and Accounting Departments to ensure alignment and correct implementation. Work with the implementer and Oracle to solve raised issues.
• Managing payroll transactions for 10 companies in Trading Sector, accommodating with over 900 employees, such as applying attendances, deductions, leaves, settlements, end of services, payroll related calculations… etc in the payroll system throw the process and forms of HR and create a user guide for these transactions.
• Liaise with HR Managers and follow up with them to ensure duties and objectives are accomplished on time as stated by the Group HR Director.
• Prepare quarterly manpower report for group companies in & out KSA for over 10, 000 employees and generate other related reports as needed.
• Prepare monthly Saudization report for KSA companies and generate other related reports as needed.
• Manage and update administrative tasks in Corporate Office such as correspondences, contracts, contract appendices, job offers, business travel tickets, hotel reservations, redeem forms, identification letters, fingerprints, performance appraisal management, medical insurance… etc.
• Organize and file Corporate Office's HR related agreements, contracts, and documents.
• Make the minutes of meeting for the weekly HR gathering and notify HR managers with the updates.
• Conduct the orientation day for newly hired staff in Corporate Office including, job description, office preparation, field trip, explain and hand company's Work Organization Regulation and Code of Conduct manuals.
• Manage employee relation and grievances and provide necessary solutions and answers.
• Coordinate, and implement social activities as part of employees' retention plan.
