ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Assist HSE Manager in implementation of HSE Management system.
•Developing and monitoring training requirement & record keeping.
•Offer safety warnings and tips.
•Assist HSE Manager/ Project Manager for the preparation of Project HSE Plans, Safety Key Plans.
•Conduct safety Induction, Toolbox Talk and safety awareness.
•Preparing Risk Assessment for proposed activities on site.
•Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Observation Report.
•Ensuring that proper practices are observed at the site.
•Closing of Observation and NCR report raised by consultant.
•Responding quickly and correctly during emergency.
•Improve HSE awareness among the workforce
•Serve as First Aider on site
•Any other duties as may be reasonably expected of Safety Officer.
•Keep accurate, up-to-date records of activities in the company.

•Prepared, Reviewing, and Implementing HSE plan, Method statements and Risk assessments.
•Reviewing, controlling documents and reporting of all accident/ incident investigation.
•Implementing (OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001) and Client Safety Standards.
•Implementation of Local and international HSE Regulations.
•All energy control procedures (Log out/Tag out system).
•Provide First aid/CPR in case of any Incidents on work site.
•Conduct emergency mock drills on periodic basis.
•Identifying potential hazards and root cause analysis
•Preparing All Job safety analysis/Risk Assessments.
•Arrange and attends all HSE related meetings.
•Preparing daily, weekly and monthly HSE reports.
•Disciplinary actions against safety rules violation.
•Provides regular written reports and updates to the Senior Management Team.
•Conduct safety awareness trainings, Induction and Tool box talks.
•Issue and Receive permit to work

Provision of advice, information on local occupational health issues.
Correct unsafe acts or condition through the regular line of authority, or emergency authority
To prevent or stop unsafe acts when immediate action is required.

Liaise with production supervisor, production manager and head of units to ensure proper safety Acts.

•Assembles of complete Low Voltage panel.
•Assembles of complete High Tension panel
•Diagnosed and solving problems on electrical panel
•Design and manufacturing of all form of control panel
•Installation of all form of electrical panel in site
