Working experience not limited only to EPC, PMC, PMT and a way forward towards
PMO.
▪ Worked for 5’projects of which 3’years were in south Korea as an EDMS leader.
▪ Lead/Manage the document team of EDMS for 5 Projects, from Set-uptillhandover and close-out including the gaps.
▪ Knowledge of engineering, procurement, constructions, interfaces, stakeholder, third-party policies, standard, procedures, plan, workflow, chart flow, summary and details report, progress of project, deliverables and schedule, develop system numbering, quality assurance of electronic data and its management systems.
▪ Set up of Document Distribution matrix.
▪ Ensure the departmental procedures and work practices are understood and
effectively applied in the execution of project.
▪ Develop Work Flow to Manage Engineering, Supplier and Client Document with a clear vision of the project needs and ensure effective contribution.
▪ Establish/Organize EDMS requirement of project at initial stage/Start-up.
▪ Understand the deliverables and the activities to be performed and analyze the
required hours after discussing with Project Manager and leads.
▪ Support the client delegates & project team in EDMS area to provide the best communication system.
▪ Expedite contractor for timely submission of engineering and vendor data.
