1- Implementing structured GBV prevention activities, including conducting outreach, organizing sessions, implementing sessions and
ensuring safe identification and referral of GBV and other protection cases to appropriate services.
2- Support in the development of GBV awareness and prevention materials.
3- Ensure protection principles are mainstreamed throughout the project activities.
4- Coordination with local associations (CBOs) to implement gender-based violence prevention activities.
5- Assist the line manager in the timely reporting of project activities, and administrative matters related to GBV activities.
6- Ensure all activities are accurately documented on DRC Jordan’s IM database.
1- In coordination with the Economic Recovery Unit, I participated in developing training curricula and providing training in community
centers in the DRC in Irbid and Mafraq.
2- Conduct Capacity Needs Assessment to help identify organizational gaps and needs within CFW activities.
3- Support the project manager in providing capacity building trainings to representatives of local authorities, contractors and/or
relevant stakeholders to design labor policies, employment programs community activities and to manage the workforce efficiently.
1- Interview candidates for the Youth Training Programs.
2- Assist in organizing awareness seminars.
3- coordinate with association for the outreach for applicants.
4- Follow up on the applications and archive them according to Youth Processes.
5- Coordinate and follow up on students' projects.
6- Coordinate and follow up with the training department and the Marketing department.
7- Develop and maintain an update database for program beneficiaries.
1- Design recreational and psychosocial support (PSS) activities, actively involving children and adolescents.
2- Participate in the design of informal education (IFE) and Life Skills (LS) activities, actively involving children and adolescents.
3- Prepare activities plan/schedule and identify and request materials needed for the activities.
4- Supervise and monitor volunteer's working.
5- Responsible for data collection and data entry of children registration, children attendance.
6- Provide PSS activities for the children from (6 to 17) years, and life skills for the youth from (17 to 24) years.
1- Implement psychosocial support (PSS), informal education (IFE) and life skills (LS) activities.
2- Prepare activities plan/schedule and identify and request materials needed for the activities.
3- Responsible for data collection and data entry of children registration, children attendance.
4- Provide support in implementation of community initiatives with community mobilizer team.
