Maximize sales through detailed OTB analysis and seasonal order requisitions.
Responsible for achievement of set sales targets for the store through motivating staff, consistently monitoring sales figures and thinking of innovative ways to achieve the goals.
Responsible for the achievement of store KPIs which allow for improved efficiencies, operational effectiveness and achievement of financial objectives.
Responsible for overall store planning in coordination with the Operations Manager.
Using information technology to record and capture sales figures, for data analysis and planning with the Operations Manager.
Monitor and achieve set store related KPI’s including traffic conversion rate, items per receipt, average shipping basket, etc.
Responsible for coaching and training employees as to how to handle difficult and complicated sales transactions through sharing winning sales techniques.
Exceed sales budgets and targets through effective team management and operational excellence.
Regularly review stock levels, fast and slow-moving items, and ensure that deliveries are efficiently organized and merchandise is handled effectively from order placement to delivery on shop floor.
Monitor store key performance indicators and work to address any gaps
Ensure all staff follow the 'Meet, Greet and Direct customers' strategy as and when required.
Ensure staff proactively resolves customers queries/complaints in a timely manner to avoid any customer dissatisfaction.
Ensure detailed customer feedback is obtained to improve or provide new ideas to better the business.
Maintain strong connections and relationships with customers and VIPs.
Responsible for the visual coordination of the store to be in line with brand requirements and guidelines.
Provide regular feedback to employees on performance.
Responsible for stock and inventory of the store and ensuring that inventory issues are resolved through investigation of data and history of purchases.
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
Manage account services.
Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closing, and follow-up.
Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
Responsible of visual display presentations of the products and participate in marketing, events such as workshops, seminars and telemarketing events.
